Jim Billingsley

President and CEO

As President and Chief Executive Officer, Jim is responsible for overseeing the strategic vision of Woodbridge Northwest. He is actively involved in all major decisions including identification of new opportunities, finance, marketing and participates in the design and construction of every community.

Jim brings a wealth of experience to Woodbridge NW. He obtained his CA designation with Arthur Anderson and more recently was a Principal of the Strand Group of Companies where he was responsible for identifying and managing real estate development opportunities in the United States and Canada. Over his 10-year tenure, he oversaw the successful development of over 100 residential communities, providing homes for many thousands of families.

Kevin Johnston

CFO

As Chief Financial Officer, Kevin is responsible for overseeing project financing, acquisitions, operations, accounting, tax and corporate structure at Woodbridge Northwest. A graduate from the University of Ottawa and a Chartered Accountant, Kevin spent several years with KPMG Vancouver prior to joining the Woodbridge Northwest team.

Kevin is actively involved in his community and enjoys spending time in Whistler.

Reid Thompson

VP Development

As VP Development, Reid is responsible for driving a team approach to acquisitions, project design, entitlements and project management for Woodbridge Northwest in the Lower Mainland. After growing up in the Yukon, he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern California's Pepperdine University and has experience in development project management as well as land acquisition.

Reid enjoys spending time with his young family, travel, brewing, and exploring our backyard as a life-long outdoorsman.

Jean-Paul Grenier

Vice President US Operations

As Vice President of US Operations, Jean-Paul is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, and ongoing oversight and management of US-based investments and acquisitions for the organization. He has been involved in the acquisition, finance, development, and/or oversight of over $100MM of real estate. In his spare time Jean-Paul enjoys cycling, travel, and time spent with family.

Andrew Martin

VP Finance

As Vice President of Finance, Andrew is responsible for project financing, acquisitions, accounting oversight, corporate structure and administration at Woodbridge Northwest. Andrew graduated with distinction from the John Molson School of Business and spent over 4 years in KPMG’s public practice group, receiving his Chartered Accountancy in 2013.

Andrew is an avid traveler, supporter of the arts and sits of the board of a Vancouver based opera company which provides performance opportunities for university students across Canada.

Tim Harvie

Controller

As Controller, Tim is responsible for overseeing the day to day financial accounting activities and ensuring compliant reporting for both accounting and tax for the entire corporate structure. Tim works closely with the VP Finance and CFO.

Tim graduated from the University of Northern BC before moving into public practice at KPMG. Tim received his Chartered Accountancy in 2011. Prior to joining Woodbridge, Tim worked in the real estate industry in an internal audit role.

While away from the office, Tim enjoys a variety of activities including traveling, hiking, and playing hockey.

Kasey Clark

Development Coordinator

As Development Coordinator, Kasey provides critical support to the team’s development activities. Her role covers a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including the coordination of consultants and other stakeholders, supporting the underwriting of new opportunities, monitoring market conditions, and spearheading product design. A sign of her breadth of skills, Kasey brings with her a diploma in Architectural and Building Technology from BCIT, as well as a background in banking and interior design.

Harveen Nijjar

Project Accountant

Harveen joined Woodbridge in 2015 as a Project Accountant and is responsible for all of our residential apartment projects. Harveen is a graduate of UBC and is currently pursuing her CPA designation.

Jin Bae

Senior Accountant

As Project Accountant, Jin is responsible for full cycle accounting. Prior to joining Woodbridge, he worked for multiple general contractors in the construction industry. Jin obtained his Bachelor of Commerce from UBC and went on to earn a CMA designation.

Avril Morrison

Project Accountant

Avril joined Woodbridge in 2016 and works on multiple projects. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Victoria, a Diploma in Accounting from the University of British Columbia. Avril is working towards completing her CPA designation. In her spare time, Avril enjoys riding her motorcycle, travel, and racing fast cars.

Jason Wen

Project Coordinator

As Project Coordinator, Jason is responsible for supporting construction activities. His duties vary from construction administration, progress reporting, problem-solving with the construction and consultant team. As a graduate from University of British Columbia’s civil engineering program, Jason brings with him a background in general contracting with experiences working in Fort McMurray’s oil sands, and in constructing Port Moody’s K+S Potash shed in Pacific Coast Terminals.

When he's not on a construction site, Jason is likely dragon-boating or outrigger-canoeing in False Creek.

Steve Doughty

Director of Operations and Owner’s Representative for Gateway Apartments

As Director of Operations, Steve oversees new development pursuits in Greater Seattle, managing communities from land acquisition through construction implementation and stabilization. He is a career construction professional recognized for strategic planning and complex problem resolution for the successful design and construction of significant public and private commercial, industrial building and residential communities. Leading new and transformative redevelopment construction pursuits for Enserch Alaska Construction, Inc., Gentry Homes, Ltd. and AvalonBay Communities, Inc., Steve has been involved in successful projects throughout most all western regional markets.

Steve enjoys watersports, sport fishing, hiking, music and travel along with spending quality time with his wife, sons and grandchildren. He has served on committees for Habitat for Humanity and participated in a variety of charitable organization and community projects throughout his career.
